"Frozen fruit is perfect for making smoothies because it eliminates the need for added ice to achieve that frothy, frosty texture. After the banana and the frozen, this recipe is infinitely flexible; Use more or less milk, yogurt, or orange juice; substitute soy or rice milk for the dairy products, or agave syrup or maple syrup for the honey. There is no cook time. Prep time is approximate. Do not thaw fruit unless it is solid like a brick. If it is then only thaw enought so you can work with it which should not take long."
