Step by Step Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a bowl

Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt and stir in oats.

Using an electric mixer or food processor, beat butter with sugars until light and fluffy.

Beat in chocolate powder until combined well. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition and then beat in vanilla.

Add flour mixture, beating until just combined.
Step 7
Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 8
On ungreased baking sheets, drop rounded tablespoons of dough about 2” apart. Bake in middle of oven about 12 minutes.
