Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in large saucepan.

Add onion and season lightly.

Add mushrooms.
Step 4
Sauté until soft, about 4 minutes.

Add chicken broth.

Cover tightly and simmer for 15 minutes.

In small skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter.
