Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place chickpeas, artichoke hearts, red peppers, olives, feta, scallions, and parsley into a salad bowl and toss lightly.

Daily Inspiration

Beautiful and so delicious! I had everything on hand and it came together quickly. This salad will go great with our dinner tonight. The only change I made was to use less olive oil. Definitely a repeat at our house. : )
