Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (lite soy sauce works well)
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (you can use white vinegar, but it's not as good flavored)
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, prepared (yellow works well, but you can use your favorite)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl and stir to mix the ingredients together.

  • Step 2: Add in marinade then add the steaks into a gallon size Ziplock freezer bag and marinade 30 minutes-overnight. (it has great flavor even after 30 minutes).

  • Step 3: Throw any leftover marinade away after use. Cook the steaks to your desired doneness.

  • Step 4: Take the steaks off the grill or out of the pan and let them sit on a plate for a few minutes to distribute all the juices before serving.
