"They only serve the teriyaki Burger in Japan, and it's supposed to be awesome. My youngest son loves all things teriyaki so here we go. They used cream instead of milk. And I think you could just thicken up teriyaki sauce with corn starch and ketchup, would be easier."

Winner, winner, ground pork dinner! I loved, loved, loved these burgers! The slight crunch on the outer burger layer (maybe I over-browned mine but it was divine that way), the flavor of that teriyaki sauce and lemon mayo combo. So good! Into my Best of 2023 file it goes. Thank you!

Wow, they know what they're doing over at Mc'D's Japan. These were different but tasty and a great alternative. The sauces were superb. I did play around with the Lemon Mayonnaise by increasing the lemon juice, added lemon zest, a pinch of salt and pepper was also added to bring out the flavor. Also, added a bit more milk bit by bit until desired consistency was achieved. Thank you, Dee, for sharing. Made it for The AmaZ'ing Race 2023 - Japan leg and What's on the Menu tag games.
