"This is a very old recipe from a family cookbook. We used to eat this all the time over summer. Now that I can buy most of the ingredients already cut or grated from the supermarket ~ I think it about time I resurrected this golden oldie and bring it back to the dinner table once again."

Step 1

Combine the cooked Macaroni with the cabbage, carrot, capsicum, ham and eggs.

Step 2

Combine the mayonnaise with the cider vinegar, tomato sauce and tarragon, then dressing pour over the Macaroni and toss together thoroughly.

Step 3

Serve, spooned in the lettuce ups and garnich with the herbs.
