Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 300 grams cooked macaroni pasta (cooked, 1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 cup cabbage, grated
  • 1/4 cup carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup capsicum, grated
  • 90 grams ham (chopped, 30z)
  • 2 eggs, sliced (hard boiled)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (good quality)
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon (fresh)
  • Lettuce (1/2 lettuce or enough for 2 lettuce cups)
  • GARNISH - OPTIONAL
  • Herbs, fresh cut/chopped,

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the cooked Macaroni with the cabbage, carrot, capsicum, ham and eggs.

  • Step 2: Combine the mayonnaise with the cider vinegar, tomato sauce and tarragon, then dressing pour over the Macaroni and toss together thoroughly.

  • Step 3: Serve, spooned in the lettuce ups and garnich with the herbs.
