Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together egg and milk. Add to bread crumbs. Add spices mix add onion and meat
Step 2
Make into 20 small balls. Roll into flour
Step 3
Brown in fat cook until balls are well browned, remove.
Step 4
Fry celery. Add soup and milk. Cook until smooth. Add parsley and peas, and meatballs back in. Cook til bubbly.
