  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup soft breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons onions, grated
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil (she said fat)
  • 1 can (11 1/2 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup celery, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together egg and milk. Add to bread crumbs. Add spices mix add onion and meat

  • Step 2: Make into 20 small balls. Roll into flour

  • Step 3: Brown in fat cook until balls are well browned, remove.

  • Step 4: Fry celery. Add soup and milk. Cook until smooth. Add parsley and peas, and meatballs back in. Cook til bubbly.
