Step 1

Soak beef liver and water and salt together for 20 minutes. Drain wash and pat dry

Step 2

Mix eggs and milk

Step 3

In bowl bread crumbs in another bowl

Step 4

Meanwhile heat butter and onions in one skillet until lightly browned

Step 5

In another skillet, heat oil

Step 6

Dip liver in egg mixture then season

Step 7

Then dip in bread crumbs. Place in the hot skillet. Brown each side 2 minutes per side

Step 8

Top with cooked onions. Season
