Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds beef liver (sliced)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups onions, chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup seasoned salt
  • 3 cups bread crumbs (plain, dry)
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Soak beef liver and water and salt together for 20 minutes. Drain wash and pat dry

  • Step 2: Mix eggs and milk

  • Step 3: In bowl bread crumbs in another bowl

  • Step 4: Meanwhile heat butter and onions in one skillet until lightly browned

  • Step 5: In another skillet, heat oil

  • Step 6: Dip liver in egg mixture then season

  • Step 7: Then dip in bread crumbs. Place in the hot skillet. Brown each side 2 minutes per side

  • Step 8: Top with cooked onions. Season
