Step 1: Soak beef liver and water and salt together for 20 minutes. Drain wash and pat dry
Step 2: Mix eggs and milk
Step 3: In bowl bread crumbs in another bowl
Step 4: Meanwhile heat butter and onions in one skillet until lightly browned
Step 5: In another skillet, heat oil
Step 6: Dip liver in egg mixture then season
Step 7: Then dip in bread crumbs. Place in the hot skillet. Brown each side 2 minutes per side
Step 8: Top with cooked onions. Season
