Low Sugar Apple Cake
"A very dense, moist cake. Almost like a brownie. Serve with dollop of lowfat vanilla yogurt. Also, very good with Engrossed's #recipe1979 Can be made using granulated sugar (of course, it will no longer be low-sugar :) ), but baking time should be increased. Zaaz does not recognize reduced-sugar apple butter, which is commercially available, so nutritional info will be wrong."
