"This is a recipe I developed when my granddaughter was having gut issues. It was suggested that she follow a low FODMAP diet and ketchup was not on the list of acceptable foods she could enjoy. So, I did some research and came up with this low FODMAP ketchup recipe. She LOVES it! You can have 2 tablespoons of this in one sitting if following this type of diet."

Step by Step Method

Check the thickness, if it’s too thick add a bit more water, this will depend on the type of tomato paste you are using.
