Step by Step Method
Step 1
Beat together the egg and the milk; stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt.
Step 2
Add ground chuck and mix well.
Step 3
Shape into 8 loaves and place in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish or baking pan.
Step 4
Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard; spoon over the loaves.
Step 5
Bake, uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
