Step 1

Cook broccoli and carrots until tender. Use stove top or microwave. Your preference.

Step 2

In medium saucepan combine all remaining ingredients. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly so cheese doesn't stick.

Lovely cheese sauce! but next time i would cut the sauce in half, it did make a lot, in fact it was also nice on our baked potato, even then there were left overs. Very tasty ! I used 2% milk cus that's what i have, the garlic and onion powder were a lovely touch.
