Step by Step Method

Step 1

Saute garlic in 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil until wilted.

Step 2

Add mushrooms and saute until they are beginning to dry out a bit.

Step 3

Add the remaining butter and oil and allow to melt.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper and toss with cooked, drained linguine to thoroughly incorporate ingredients.

Step 5

Taste, adjust seasoning and enjoy!

Wow, another winner from Lazyme. This was so good. We will be enjoying this often. It was quick, easy to make with wonderful results.
