Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large Dutch oven, cook both linguines according to package instructions.

Drain and return to pot.
Step 3
Add butter, ham and mushrooms.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine cream and eggs and beat well.

Slowly stir egg mixture into linguine and mix well.
Step 6
Add 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring gently.
