  • 4 ounces dry linguine pasta
  • 4 ounces dry linguine pasta (spinach)
  • 4 ounces butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 pound ham, cooked (cubed)
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms (fresh, 1 cup)
  • 8 ounces cream (1 cup)
  • 2 egg yolks (well beaten)
  • 8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese (1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large Dutch oven, cook both linguines according to package instructions.

  • Step 2: Drain and return to pot.

  • Step 3: Add butter, ham and mushrooms.

  • Step 5: Slowly stir egg mixture into linguine and mix well.

  • Step 6: Add 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese and cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring gently.
