"Rich and scrumptious is what this is! My favorite all time dessert, and one that I have been making for over 30 years! Just like a huge piece of decadent chocolate loaded with nuts and crust... Or your favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie magnified... You choose what sounds better to you! I make this yearly per request for my niece for her birthday pie right after Christmas, as it is her favorite as well... Before serving we always microwave each slice of pie for 30-45 seconds to warm the pie well, and then put a huge scoop of French Vanilla ice cream on top. It doesn't get any better than this :) This recipe will have you hooked for life!!!"

I made this earlier today for Thanksgiving, after making it a few weeks ago for a trial run. It was a huge hit with dh and I, so I know this will be inhaled along with a few other pies. It was amazing when we had it warmed in the microwave with French Vanilla ice cream on top!

This Toll House Pie is a family tradition during the holidays. My daughter asks me every year - Mom, are you making Toll House Pie? and the answer is - Of course I am, it wouldn't be Thanksgiving without it!

My favorite pie, and this year I made it. It came out perfect, and we heated it and topped it with vanilla ice cream. We all went nuts for it! 12-15 My future mother in law made this for my Christmas party because I told her how much we all love it!
