Just the recipe I was looking for! I made this recipe for our Anniversary dinner. We loved every mouthful of this deliciously prepared lobster. It is rich in flavor from the buttery crackers and the butter makes it sinful with lots of lemon added. I made coleslaw and corn on the cob and it was an amazing meal for us!

If your from New England you have probably had this at one of the finer restaurants in your area. Yes, it:s that good and the secret is that it's so simple to make that it's almost embarrassing when someone asks for the recipe! We love this and wouldn't have it any other way. Corn on the cob and coleslaw make great sides and if your extra hungry you can add a baked potato too!

Restaurant quality all the way, at a third of the cost! You can't ask for more than that. So delicious with melted butter and lemon drizzled over the top. A side of corn on the cob and we were good to go.

Rich and delicious! We certainly enjoyed these babies! Dipped in melted butter with a splash of apple cider vinegar and we were in a lobster coma! So luscious! Served with baked potato, grilled corn on the cob and rolls on the side. Nothing could be finer!

Nothing says I love you like a bright red lobster. My dh has been sick for awhile now, and I wanted to cheer him up, so I went to the store and picked up some lobsters. I cut the butter down some but other than that followed the instructions. I did add lemon to the dipping butter and it was delicious. Lobster was tender and rich with the seafood cracker stuffing. So lucky to be by the ocean where the lobsters are right off the boat. We just had the lobster with a little spinach salad. Hubby loved his special meal and so did I!

Lobster is eaten often here because we get such a good price off the boat. My dh picked up 4 lobsters for me to do something with so I went on search of a recipe to make. The stuffing for this was perfect for our lobsters. It has a rich buttery flavor mixed with the crab that is especially delicious with some lemon squirted on it after it's baked. I served it to our company from Florida and they said it was the best lobster dish they were delighted. We will agree it was extra special!
