"Not really a Spanish rice; just a rice dish made with onions, pork, and tomatoes. Very old canned farm recipe; most of their canned tomatoes weren't as juicy as ours are now. Libby calls ground pork 'pork hamburger'. I need to make this recipe to see cooking time and liquid amount from tomatoes for today's tastes."
