"Looking for low carb breakfast recipes that don't contain bread or wheat products and came across this one which suits the bill and I enjoyed. Cooking time is for the bacon. Serves 1 yields 2 wraps."

Step 1

Finely slice 2 of the lettuce leaves.

These were delicious...I would omit the salt next time because I thought they were a tad bit salty...these were so easy to prepare and made a wonderful dinner/breakfast for me...I used baby romaine lettuce leafs...made for "Bill Board" tag game...
