The ingredients are:
  • Lettuce leaves (4 leaves, I prefer cos, they recommend romaine)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 slices (2 ounces) bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
  • 4 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese (or shredded, use low fat if you wish)
  • 2 ounces Roma tomato (small diced, 1/2 small tomato))

How to Make

  • Step 1: Finely slice 2 of the lettuce leaves.

  • Step 2: Mix lettuce, mayonnaise, cheese, bacon and tomato and add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 3: Fill the remaining 2 lettuce leaves with the mix, roll and enjoy.
