In a saucepan
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Remove from heat and add lime gelatin. Stir until dissolved.
Add 1 cup of cold water to the saucepan and stir.
Equally divide the gelatin among 6 clear (9-oz) plastic cups.
Then, divide the pineapple into the lime gelatin.
Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
Once the lime gelatin is set, divide the diced mango among the cups.
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan.
Remove from heat and add lemon gelatin.
Stir until dissolved.
Once dissolved, add 1 cup cold water to the saucepan and stir.
Add 1 cup of the whipped topping to the lemon gelatin mixture and whisk vigorously until combined.
Pour the lemon gelatin mixture over the mango
Filling each cup.
Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping
And sprinkle lime zest over
