  • 1 can ( 8 ounces)pinapple tidbits,drained
  • 1 box (3 ounces)lemon gelatin
  • 1 cup mango,minced
  • 8 ounces cool whip topping, divided
  • 1 tablespoons lime zest

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a saucepan

  • Step 2: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.

  • Step 3: Remove from heat and add lime gelatin. Stir until dissolved.

  • Step 4: Once dissolved

  • Step 5: Add 1 cup of cold water to the saucepan and stir.

  • Step 6: Equally divide the gelatin among 6 clear (9-oz) plastic cups.

  • Step 7: Then, divide the pineapple into the lime gelatin.

  • Step 8: Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

  • Step 9: Once the lime gelatin is set, divide the diced mango among the cups.

  • Step 10: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan.

  • Step 11: Remove from heat and add lemon gelatin.

  • Step 12: Stir until dissolved.

  • Step 13: Once dissolved, add 1 cup cold water to the saucepan and stir.

  • Step 14: Add 1 cup of the whipped topping to the lemon gelatin mixture and whisk vigorously until combined.

  • Step 15: Pour the lemon gelatin mixture over the mango

  • Step 16: Filling each cup.

  • Step 17: Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping

  • Step 18: And sprinkle lime zest over
