"Wow, these smell so good, they are positively mouth watering! Adapted from a recipe my sister got years ago from the Quaker Oat Bran box. The club soda is my trick for making light fluffy pancakes. I substitute it for half the milk in whatever pancake recipe I use."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Whisk together the wet ingredients. In separate bowl whisk together dry ingredients except oat bran and walnuts. Mix wet and dry together, then stir in oat bran and walnuts.
Step 3
Pour about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Once large bubbles form and begin to pop, turn pancakes and cook until golden brown on other side.
Step 4
Serve immediately or keep on oven-proof platter in oven at 170 degrees.
