Step by Step Method
Step 1
While the dried mushrooms are soaking
Step 2
Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil together in a small bowl.

Set aside.
Step 4
Squeeze the excess water out of the mushrooms.

Cut off and discard the stems if there are some and slice the caps into strips.

Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.

Add the mushrooms and stir fry until they begin to brown.
