Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 ounces dried shiitake mushrooms (soaked in hot water to rehydrate -- 8 to 12)
  • 8 ounces mushrooms (white button mushrooms, sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (toasted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: While the dried mushrooms are soaking

  • Step 2: Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil together in a small bowl.

  • Step 3: Set aside.

  • Step 4: Squeeze the excess water out of the mushrooms.

  • Step 5: Cut off and discard the stems if there are some and slice the caps into strips.

  • Step 6: Heat the oil in a wok over high heat.

  • Step 7: Add the mushrooms and stir fry until they begin to brown.

  • Step 8: Add the garlic and stir fry another 1 minutes.

  • Step 9: And stir in the sauce.

  • Step 10: Cook 1 minute more

  • Step 11: Remove to a serving bowl and sprinkle with
