Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chop up all veggies and have ready.
Step 2
Cook bacon until crisp in wok, remove.

Add oil and heat.

Add yellow onion and potatoes and season lightly.

Cook until potatoes are light brown.

Add rice and green onions.

Cook until warm, add bacon back in and cook a couple of minutes more.
