  • 4 ounces bacon, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 pound potato, peeled diced finely (1)
  • 1/4 cup yellow onions, diced finely
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 ounces cooked white rice, day old
  • 2 green onions, minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Chop up all veggies and have ready.

  • Step 2: Cook bacon until crisp in wok, remove.

  • Step 3: Add oil and heat.

  • Step 4: Add yellow onion and potatoes and season lightly.

  • Step 5: Cook until potatoes are light brown.

  • Step 6: Add add extra stuff here.

  • Step 7: Add rice and green onions.

  • Step 8: Cook until warm, add bacon back in and cook a couple of minutes more.

  • Step 9: Season to taste.
