Step 1: Chop up all veggies and have ready.
Step 2: Cook bacon until crisp in wok, remove.
Step 3: Add oil and heat.
Step 4: Add yellow onion and potatoes and season lightly.
Step 5: Cook until potatoes are light brown.
Step 6: Add add extra stuff here.
Step 7: Add rice and green onions.
Step 8: Cook until warm, add bacon back in and cook a couple of minutes more.
Step 9: Season to taste.
