"One of my son's favorite meals! This is an easy skillet meal that will please your whole family! It's made easier and quicker if you have already prepared meatballs in your freezer, just thaw and use for this recipe. Really there is no set ingredient amount here, the amounts I have listed are only a guideline, if you like more creamier then use more cream. Prep time does not include preparing meatballs or cooking pasta."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt a small amount of butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in prepared meatballs and toss with two spatulas until cooked completely (about 10-12 minutes).
Step 2
Add in garlic; cook 1 minute.
Step 3
Pour in the cream; heat to boiling, then cook/simmer over medium heat, about 8 minutes tossing the meatballs while cooking.
Step 4
Mix in Parmesan cheese, stirring until heated through (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Mix in cooked pasta until coated with the sauce (about 2 minutes).
Step 6
Sprinkle top with more Parmesan cheese and a little fresh parsley. Enjoy!
