Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Prepared mini meatballs (prepared to your favorite recipe and shaped into 1-inch balls)
  • 1 box (454 gram) dry penne pasta ( cooked, or rigatoni or ziti pasta, you don't have to use the whole amount, just use what you want)
  • Butter and oil (as much as you want to use, 1 tablespoon each should be enough)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 to 4 cups heavy whipping cream (35%)
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper (as much as you want)
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (or more, and more to sprinkle on top after cooking)
  • Chopped fresh parsley

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt a small amount of butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in prepared meatballs and toss with two spatulas until cooked completely (about 10-12 minutes).

  • Step 2: Add in garlic; cook 1 minute.

  • Step 3: Pour in the cream; heat to boiling, then cook/simmer over medium heat, about 8 minutes tossing the meatballs while cooking.

  • Step 4: Mix in Parmesan cheese, stirring until heated through (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 5: Mix in cooked pasta until coated with the sauce (about 2 minutes).

  • Step 6: Sprinkle top with more Parmesan cheese and a little fresh parsley. Enjoy!
