Step 1: Melt a small amount of butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in prepared meatballs and toss with two spatulas until cooked completely (about 10-12 minutes).
Step 2: Add in garlic; cook 1 minute.
Step 3: Pour in the cream; heat to boiling, then cook/simmer over medium heat, about 8 minutes tossing the meatballs while cooking.
Step 4: Mix in Parmesan cheese, stirring until heated through (about 3-4 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5: Mix in cooked pasta until coated with the sauce (about 2 minutes).
Step 6: Sprinkle top with more Parmesan cheese and a little fresh parsley. Enjoy!
