"This is a great recipe to use up leftover baked potatoes. Potatoes must be baked and cooled or cold. Use as many potatoes as you like"

Step 1

Slice each cooled or cold potato into 6 wedges.

Step 2

Heat 2 to 3 inches oil in deep fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees. Fry half the wedges at a time 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a serving bowl immediately sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

I baked the potato for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven then sliced it into wedges and cooked it in my actifry for another 25 minutes with 1/2 tablespoon oil and a good sprinkle of pepper and seasoned salt. They turned out perfectly delicious and crispy. These will see many repeats here. Made for the Alphabet Soup Recipe Tag Game.
