Step 1: Slice each cooled or cold potato into 6 wedges.
Step 2: Heat 2 to 3 inches oil in deep fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees. Fry half the wedges at a time 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a serving bowl immediately sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
