Step 1

Heat a large skillet or wok, spray lightly with oil

Step 2

Over medium heat brown the onions (approximately 8 minutes)

Step 3

Add mushrooms and cook until they are lightly browned (about 4 minutes)

Add damp spinach and flip it through with the mushrooms and onions

Step 5

Do not overcook the spinach, just heat through and wilt(about 3 minutes

Step 6

Add ketjap Manis, stir into the spinach (about 1 minute) Serve
