  • 6 large mushrooms, sliced
  • 10 ounces fresh baby spinach, washed, well drained, but still damp
  • 4 tablespoons ketjap manis

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a large skillet or wok, spray lightly with oil

  • Step 2: Over medium heat brown the onions (approximately 8 minutes)

  • Step 3: Add mushrooms and cook until they are lightly browned (about 4 minutes)

  • Step 4: Add damp spinach and flip it through with the mushrooms and onions

  • Step 5: Do not overcook the spinach, just heat through and wilt(about 3 minutes

  • Step 6: Add ketjap Manis, stir into the spinach (about 1 minute) Serve
