Step 1: Heat a large skillet or wok, spray lightly with oil
Step 2: Over medium heat brown the onions (approximately 8 minutes)
Step 3: Add mushrooms and cook until they are lightly browned (about 4 minutes)
Step 4: Add damp spinach and flip it through with the mushrooms and onions
Step 5: Do not overcook the spinach, just heat through and wilt(about 3 minutes
Step 6: Add ketjap Manis, stir into the spinach (about 1 minute) Serve
