Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2

Layer the chocolate chips and walnuts in the pie crust.

Step 3

In a medium bowl mixing well,both sugars, eggs, flour, butter, vanilla, and Bourbon, if using.

Step 4

Pour over walnuts & chocolate chips.

Step 5

Bake for 40 to 50 minutes,or until set and lightly browned.

Step 6

If desired,serve slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or sweetened whipped topping.
