Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Step 2: Layer the chocolate chips and walnuts in the pie crust.
Step 3: In a medium bowl mixing well,both sugars, eggs, flour, butter, vanilla, and Bourbon, if using.
Step 4: Pour over walnuts & chocolate chips.
Step 5: Bake for 40 to 50 minutes,or until set and lightly browned.
Step 6: If desired,serve slightly warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or sweetened whipped topping.
