Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut bread in half, and scoop out center of bottom half.
Step 2
Place lettuce in bottom half of bread.
Step 3
Combine vinegar, oil, capers and seasoning. Sprinkle half over lettuce.
Step 4
Arrange meats and cheese over lettuce, top with peppers and sprinkle remaining dressing over peppers.
Step 5
Cover with top half of bread.
Step 6
To Serve: Cut loaf into thick slices.
