Five stars with a little tweak! I thought the dressing needed a little more pep, so I added a bit more honey and a bit of salt to give it a flavor lift. This was such an easy salad to throw together - and I loved the crunch and sweetness of the apple! Instead of pepitas, I used pistachios because they were on hand. I'm sure it would be good with pepitas or sunflower seeds as well. Thanks for sharing!

I.loved.the.crunch.of.this.salad.almost.as.much.as.I.loved.the.taste..It.was.so.yummy!..I.didn't.have.pumpkin.seeds.so.subbed. sunflower.seeds...Thank.you.for.helping.meuse.up.my.....extra.apples.Mikekey!..Linda
