Step by Step Method

Step 1

Add chicken to the marinade

Step 2

In ziploc bag

Step 3

Marinate 20 minutes

Step 4

Heat 1/2 the oil in wok

Step 5

Stir fry the vegetables until crisp

Step 6

Remove

Step 7

Add rest of oil if needed

Step 8

Heat and stir fry chicken

Step 9

Until cooked

Step 10

Add veggies back In and add slurry cook until thickened

This has a wonderful Asian flavor...loved the little broccoli (tree's)...I served it over rice...and added a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat and an additional touch of color...made for "Best of 2022" tag game per LifeIsGood's recommendation...

This was SO good! It hit all the right flavor notes for me. The veggies were all perfect with the chicken and sauce. I wouldn't change any of the ratios. The only thing I did change was to use a Japanese cooking wine instead of the sherry (because that is what I had on hand). It worked really well. Thank you for posting!
