"This is a very tasty burger that is so easy to make. I love making burgers out of pre seasoned Italian sausage meat. I use Hot Italian sausage but use your own favorite. I like to add fried mushrooms. You want the skillet large enough to accommodate the spinach or cook it separately but only for about 2 minutes. I like to warm my buns before spreading on the pesto sauce."

Amazing sandwich! I sauteed a little garlic with the spinach and served them on homemade ciabatta bread.
