Step 1: Form the sausage meat into 4 patties, press a thumb print depression in the center of each burger
Step 2: Lightly spray a large skillet with oil
Step 3: Fry the patties over high heat for 1 minute
Step 4: Flip the burgers and turn heat to medium, cover the pan
Step 5: Flip the burgers a couple of times to brown them evenly total cook time apprx 10 minutes Internal temperature should be 160f
Step 6: Add spinach to the skillet, cover and let the spinach wilt - 2 minutes
Step 7: Spread your buns with the pesto sauce add cheese, spinach and burger If you wish you may add tomatoe slices, lettuce whatevery you fancy. Enjoy
