Step by Step Method

Step 1

Brown the sausage in a large stock pot.

When browned, drain sausage on a paper towel lined plate.

Saute the onion with oil.

Quick and easy, filling and delicious! A very enjoyable lunch! I made as directed, with Italian chicken sausage and I cut my carrots instead of shredding. Oh, and I added a sprinkle of shredded Parmesan at serving. Yummy!
