"I took this over to a small summer gathering it was the first one to go and it went very quickly and you could add in other different things like artichokes, I am posting it with the approx amounts I used but you can reduce. I made the salad and took the dressing and croutons separatley to the party they were mixed in just serving"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain VERY well.

Step 2

In large bowl, stir together seasoning mix and Italian dressing. Add in onion, salami, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and olives. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in croutons and Parmesan topping just before serving.

Step 3

Serve immediately, or refrigerate.

Step 4

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
