Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 boxes (7.25 ounce each) Betty Crocker Suddenly Salad Caesar pasta salad mix
  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing (homemade or purchased)
  • 2 romaine lettuce, torn
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • Italian salami, chopped (no amounts just use what you want)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes (halved or left whole)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, cubed (or provolone cheese)
  • 1 cup kalamata olives (or other brined olives)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain VERY well.

  • Step 2: In large bowl, stir together seasoning mix and Italian dressing. Add in onion, salami, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and olives. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in croutons and Parmesan topping just before serving.

  • Step 3: Serve immediately, or refrigerate.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top.
