Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 3

Using your hands, gently mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl. If mixture seems a little loose add more bread crumbs.

Step 4

Roll meatballs loosely about the size of a golf ball and place on baking sheet.

Step 5

Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes. Enjoy!

Have always found the recipes that have been passed down have stood the test of time and are always ones that please. These were to love! I didn't happen to have ground pork on hand nor fresh basil, subbed with dry with excellent results. Awesome recipe that I will be making again. Served over spaghetti and homemade tomato sauce. Into my Favourites Cookbook with this one.
